Discord and Reddit Community Manager
Builds and manages cryptocurrency and NFT communities across social platforms, focusing on engagement strategies, technical Discord management, and regulatory compliance within the crypto ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage online activities, community events, monthly activations, and live streams to attract and retain Discord and Reddit community members
- Set up new Discord channels for creators and investors while monitoring audience activity and leveraging bots for community safety
- Act as technical expert on Discord structures, standards, and best practices including bot implementation and report interpretation
- Execute guerilla marketing strategies for community growth across Discord, Reddit, Twitter Spaces, and other platforms
- Manage support requests while maintaining brand voice and following crypto compliance best practices
- Host and moderate virtual events including AMAs, bounties, polls, and community initiatives for large communities (25K+ members)
- Collaborate and engage with other Discord servers, Subreddits, and Telegram communities for cross-promotion
Skills & Tools:
- Discord administration and bot management expertise
