SVP of Enterprise AI Strategy & Engineering
Drives organization-wide AI transformation by building intelligent infrastructure and embedding artificial intelligence across all business functions to enhance productivity and decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate enterprise AI vision into actionable, scalable strategy across products, engineering, operations, and internal tooling
- Lead design and development of AI/ML infrastructure from experimentation to production deployment across the organization
- Define and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that drive value in customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform intelligence
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Risk teams to embed AI into enterprise workflows using structured frameworks
- Partner with business and product leadership to ship AI-powered features like conversational agents, predictive analytics, and automation tools
- Define ethical AI standards and compliance frameworks while evaluating AI vendors and platforms
- Champion AI adoption across functions and foster a culture of responsible AI experimentation and innovation
Skills & Tools:
- Modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- AI infrastructure and MLOps deployment at enterprise scale
- Financial services AI applications (trading, analytics, risk management)
- Enterprise transformation and change management methodologies
- Data governance and AI compliance frameworks for regulated environments
- Cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
